Q: What types of events can be held at the Rankin Garden, Atrium & Livery?
A: Weddings, Vow Renewal Ceremonies, holiday parties, BBQ’s, class reunions, business
meetings, luncheons or any type of indoor/outdoor event.
Q: How many people can the Rankin accommodate?
A: We can accommodate up to 175 people.
Q: What about the catering company?
A: The Rankin Garden, Atrium & Livery is pleased to have Classic Fare Catering as
our catering partner.

Q: Can we serve alcohol at the Rankin Garden, Atrium & Livery?
A: All alcoholic beverages served at the Rankin Garden, Atrium & Livery must be contracted
through Classic Fare Catering, which holds a Georgia liquor license. You are not permitted
to bring in your own alcohol.
Q: What about using other non-catering vendors at the Rankin Garden, Atrium & Livery?
A: You may use any other vendors that you choose. If you need help, we have a list
of florists, DJ's, bands, cake companies, wedding coordinators, and rental companies
that other renters have used when renting our facility.
Q: Where can my guests park?
A: Public parking is available on the street, with a two-hour limit Monday through
Friday until 5 PM. After 5 PM and on weekends, there is no time limit. Additional
parking can be found in the public parking deck located in the 1000 block on Front
Avenue as well as in the parking garage located across the street from the River Center
on Broadway.
Q: Can I take a tour of the facility?
A: Of course! Call us at 706-568-5101 or fill out our "Request Space" form, located
at the top of the page, to schedule your tour.
Q: Is your facility handicap accessible?
A: Yes, the entire facility is all on one level. Restrooms are also easy to access.
Q: Can we set up a tent in the Garden area?
A: Yes, we will be happy to assist you in determining the rental company that can
supply you with the items you require.
Q: Can we have a live band?
A:Yes! This is a wonderful aspect to any reception!
Q: Does our event need to end by a certain time?
A: Events must end by 11 PM.
Q: What happens after the event?
A: You will be responsible for removing all the items you brought in. If you wish
to leave rental items for pick up at a later time, please make prior arrangements
with the Facility Manager. Your caterer must remove all food items and trash.
