Public Safety (Undergraduate Certificate)
About the Program
Train and learn how to better influence and manage the future of law enforcement by earning your Certificate of Public Safety. This program is designed to be completed in one year with the choice of one of three specializations: law enforcement, corrections, and fire/emergency services. You will get to analyze current issues, forecast the impact and effect of these issues, and study probabilities of the future.
In partnership with the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police, Columbus State University’s Command College provides comprehensive training in the latest management theory and practice for public safety executives. The college brings together leaders in corporate and public management to deliver innovative solutions to organizational problems and address key issues in effective public services management.
