Federal Work Study
The Federal Work-Study program provides jobs for undergraduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money. This program provides on and possibly off campus work opportunities with numerous non-profit organizations. Your total FWS award depends on when you apply, your level of need and the funding level at CSU. If working, you will receive a bi-weekly paycheck. The amount you earn cannot exceed your total FWS award. You are not guaranteed a job if awarded FWS. The need for jobs may be higher than the number of jobs available. Students must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
