Office of Student Accounts Mission Statement
The primary mission of the Office of Student Accounts is to support the University's educational goals and financial wellness by working diligently with customers on their financial obligations in order to prevent any disruption to their educational or professional pursuits caused by balances due.
Student Financial Services
Acceptance of payments for
- Student Tuition, Fees, Housing and Meals
- Students are encouraged to pay online through their MyCSU account
- Payment by webcheck is free, payment by credit card carries a small fee.
We do not accept payment by credit card in the office please pay online if using credit card
Business Financial Services
- Disbursement of petty cash
- Processing of departmental deposits
- PCI compliance
- Third-party agency invoicing
- Collections
- Refunds for overpayments on student accounts
- 1098-T reporting
- Administration of third-party contracts such as VA Chapter 33 and GoArmyEd
- Past due debt collections
- Returned-checks collections
