The Center for Health Disparities and Community-Based Research is dedicated to:
- Improving health in vulnerable communities and meeting community health needs through collaborative work with local non-profit organizations.
- The Center also provides service-learning and research opportunities for students in the College of Education and Health Professions in order to provide real-world experiences to prepare graduates for the workforce and graduate education.
