Biography
Dr. Dana Griggs earned her Ph.D. from Auburn University. She teaches Educational Leadership at Columbus State University where she has served as the program coordinator. She joined the Columbus State faculty in 2020.
Her research focuses on collaboration in educational settings to include mentoring, partnerships, cross-cultural relationships, and principal preparation programs. Dr. Griggs has co-edited two books and written book chapters on mentoring and partnerships. She has published articles in high impact journals and presented her research at conferences including American Educational Research Association (AERA), the International Mentoring Institute (IMA), Southeast Regional Council on Educational Administration (SRCEA), and University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA).
