Biography
Professor Tebeau teaches Business Law in the Turner College of Business & Technology
at Columbus State University. He is also a practicing attorney specializing in adoption
child welfare law. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia School
of Law and his undergraduate degree from the Terry College of business at UGA. He
lives in Columbus. Professor Tebeau is recognized as an expert on Georgia Adoption
Law. He is a Fellow with the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers, a Certified Child
Welfare Specialist with the National Association of Counsel for Children, and a frequent
speaker on Georgia Adoption Law.
