Biography
Dr. Toland has over 12 years’ experience in academia. Her areas of expertise are in community health, disease prevention, mental health, and substance abuse. Additionally; Dr. Toland has over 17 years of practical experience working in the areas of public and community health while earning her degrees and teaching in higher education. Her research interests include but are not limited to: mental health, substance abuse, communicable diseases and prevention, and public health related issues.Academic Areas
