Select thirty hours in CRJU
courses as approved by the department chair.
A grade of "C" or better is required in each CRJU course.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:
- Apply management theories and practices to render innovative solutions to organizational problems.
- Address important issues in managing public service organizations effectively.
- Apply principles, practices, and programs relevant to managing personnel in modern organizations.
- Plan, prepare, and manage the financial resources of organizations.
- Interpret and apply constitutional and statutory law and agency policy affecting individuals and organizational liability.
- Develop the skills necessary to analyze and make decisions affecting the organization and service role (Georgia Law Enforcement Command College, 2011).
- Communicate effectively by means of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the diverse situations encountered as educated law enforcement officials.
