Human Resources Management Track
Create more successful organizations by attracting and retaining top talent. With a concentration in human resources management, you'll learn how to develop and implement HR systems including:

- Performance management and disciplinary processes
With a concentration in human resources management, you'll be prepared for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exams. Columbus State's MSOL human resources concentration is also aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management's Human Resource Curriculum Guidebook and Templates
Leader Development Track
Inspire the very best in individuals and create powerful teams. With a concentration in leader development, you'll learn how to design and implement effective leadership training programs. Rooted in the principals of servant leadership, coursework examines how to manage complex organizations in a legal and ethical manner.
Servant Leadership Track
Rather than applying a traditional command and control model, servant leadership focuses on human-to-human engagement. By understanding the needs and development of individuals, you'll learn how servant leaders create a culture that's empathetic, adaptive, and most of all ― effective. At CSU, you'll study in a city with servant leadership history. In 2010, the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership named Columbus, Georgia the nation's first Servant Leadership City.
