Biographical Note
According to the 1920 Census, Claude Baldwin was 42 years old and a steam locomotive engineer and lived in Columbus, Georgia at 1347 4th Avenue with his wife and 4 children. By 1934 he was a superintendent with Central of Georgia Railroad.
Scope and Content
The collections consists of magazines, newspaper clippings, photographs, mostly relating to railroads, bank books and awards given to Claude Baldwin for service during WWII.
