Biography
Dr. George, a graduate of Louisiana State University and the University of Georgia, has been teaching literature courses at Columbus State since 2009. Dr. George’s research focuses primarily on the intersections between contemporary American literature and popular music, television, and film, and more specifically, the literature and the culture of the American South. Dr. George has also taught at Auburn University and LSU.Academic Areas
