Biography
Alexis is a two time graduate from Columbus State University with a Bachelor's Degree
in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. Alexis previously
served as the Student Leadership & Service Coordinator in the Student Life & Development
Office at CSU where she oversaw all Leadership & service Programs such as the iLead
program, Leadership Workshops, Cougar Leadership Conference, Day of Service, and Cougarthon.
and served in this role for 3 years. She recently accepted a new position at Columbus
State where she serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni & Student Engagement where
she develops new initiatives to increase alumni engagement, student engagement, marketing
and communication to alumni constituents. Alexis is currently seeking her organizational
coaching certification at the University of Georgia with hopes of creating a coaching
business to help first generation and low income college students. Alexis is also
a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alexis enjoys helping students
reach their full potential by serving as a coach and mentor.
