Councils and Committees
Under the umbrella of the Alumni Association Board of Directors are three affinity groups. These groups, like the Black Alumni Council and the Young Alumni Council, seek to connect specific audiences of alumni and students for special interactions and engagement who have shared experiences to continue to build a welcoming and supportive CSU community. One of their primary purposes is also to come up with ways to get these specific audiences to engage in the larger CSU alumni engagement program. Each was developed out of a need identified by the Board of Directors. Each council and committee are made up of board and non-board members.
