Self Assessments

A fundamental principle of servant leadership is self-awareness. Servant Leadership students participate in self-assessment tests which identify each student’s natural gifts, talents and preferences. Students will also learn how to share their unique gifts with the world to affect positive change.

Self-Assessment Tests used in the undergraduate Servant Leadership Program

  • DiSC
  • Emergenetics Profile
  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
  • StrengthsFinder

“To become a great leader, it is vital to know yourself. A massive part of why I now love and appreciate this program is because of the number of opportunities I was given to learn more about myself not as a leader but as a person. The Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinder, and Emergenetics test results really showed me who I am and how I operate.”
