Area of Study: Nursing

Year/Classification: Junior

Countries visited (including non-study abroad): Singapore, China, Bangkok, Pataya, Thailand, Dubai, United States, and yet many more to explore.

Home Country: India

Favorite memory during time in US: The day I landed in United States was the best day of my life, it made me feel "now life starts." The first snow I ever experienced, in my home country especially where I lived, we haven't witnessed it, so it was a beautiful start. Also, when I came in United States, I started my freshman year at New York Institute of Technology in New York, New York itself is a beautiful memory.

Favorite travel or internationally themed quote: "Of all the books in the world, the best stories are found between the pages of a passport."

Best advice to classmates who want to study abroad: Just go for it! Life doesn't give you a second chance. If we were to stay at one place, then God would have given us roots rather than feet. The other thing that I believe is you never know what's going to happen next moment, so try to explore and learn as much as you can in the present moment. You will explore different cultures and people and that will help you to choose what's the best thing for you.
